Advice Needed

Hi There
I am after some advice about train sets. I want to buy a set for my husband for his birthday, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what is a good set to buy as a starter, and where I could go to get it.

| first how big do you want to go in size then try hobby city in Auckland they may even be able to help |
